Our Purpose

A group intended to explore ideas to make the Arizona Department of Economic Security more effective, productive and efficient. SEIU Arizona is partnering with DES to explore employee ideas, and to then work on implementation of the best ones.

Some of the ideas submitted thus far can be found and commented upon in this group. Neither DES or SEIU Arizona have endorsed these ideas; although ideas with a star (*) next to them, are items that DES officals say are in progress. The extent of progress obviously varies based on the circumstance.
