Governor Brewer passed a FY 2009 budget revision that cuts education, protection for abused and neglected children, health care, and countless other essential public services.
She has refused to listen to the public and to state employees. She has eliminated more than a thousand jobs. And now she has denied state employees the chance to vote to gain official recognition for our union and the opportunity to Meet and Confer - a process that would have saved hundreds of millions of dollars during our budget crisis.
